Rachel Steele

My name is Rachel, and over the years I’ve held many identities: daughter, student-athlete, educator, coach, and most recently, mom. Through each chapter, I’ve stayed grounded in my core values of connection, curiosity, and compassion—principles that shape both my life and my coaching.

I am currently continuing my education as I pursue my CSCS through NSCA, and I hold NASM certifications in Personal Training (CPT), Nutrition (CNC), and Performance Enhancement (PES), along with a specialization in Pre- and Postnatal Fitness through ProNatal. I’ve spent the past eight years in the group fitness world and thrive on the energy, empowerment, and community that class-based training creates.

Over the past year, I’ve deepened my focus on prenatal and postpartum training, developing both my professional knowledge and personal practice around pelvic floor health, core strength, and sustainable movement during this transformative stage of life. This season has strengthened my passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond, and I’m committed to helping others feel informed, confident, and strong as they enter this chapter.

My passion for strength training began as a student-athlete when my high school volleyball coach first introduced me to the weight room. Inspired by strong female athletes, I strive to help women build confidence and find joy in strength training. In college, I continued playing club volleyball until a knee injury sidelined me for the remainder of my athletic career. That experience shaped my commitment to injury prevention, education, and sustainable strength.

Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of athletes and clients toward their individual goals. Helping people feel strong, capable, and supported is what drives me every day.

At the heart of my coaching is a commitment to helping people move well, feel strong, and build sustainable wellness that carries them confidently through every stage of life. Having experienced firsthand how strength can support us through life’s transitions, I’m passionate about helping others cultivate sustainable wellness that lasts far beyond the gym.
